2-Ingredient Cranberry Sauce

Now that I know how easy it is to make my own Cranberry Sauce, there’s no way I’m going back to the canned stuff…it’s beyond simple to make: cranberries and maple syrup over medium heat, and, BOOM!  You’ve got cranberry sauce.

8 oz bag cranberries
2 Tbsp maple syrup (you can add up to 1/4 cup for desired sweetness)


In a saucepan over medium heat, add cranberries and maple syrup.  Stir until you see/hear the cranberries crack and pop.  The mixture will turn into a jelly-like consistency.  Continue stirring for 10-15 minutes, reducing heat as the mixture finishes.  Store in the refrigerator.
