Gluten Free Protein Balls

Gluten Free (no-bake) Protein Balls

These take 5 minutes to make and turn out so good every time!  Double this recipe and freeze for a convenient, delicious snack…

(Makes about 15 balls)

1 cup gluten free oats
2 Tbsp IsaPro Protein (vanilla or chocolate)
2 Tbsp Peanut butter powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt (1/4-1/2 tsp)
2 Tbsp almond butter
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1. Blend oats in a blender to a fine powder and melt coconut oil.
2. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and taste for sweetness.  Add another Tbsp of honey if desired.
3. Keep in the refrigerator or freezer for easy grab and go!
