Holistic Health Hack: Nasal Rinse
There’s not much worse than a plugged up nose and feeling congested, so whenever I feel the signs of sinus pressure or a stuffy nose, I whip out our Waterpik with the nasal attachment and do a rinse. You’ll want to use warm distilled or reverse osmosis water, mixed with a few teaspoons of salt. ((Play around with the salt ratio, I always estimate)).
No, it doesn’t hurt!
You can adjust the settings from super low pressure to higher.
The water goes up one nostril and out the other.
When I am congested, I do 2-4 rinses a day.
