I love this recipe as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Lots of protein, veggies, and you can customize it to your liking. Other delicious additions could be bacon, tomatoes, cheeses, crab, salmon, potatoes, really anything that you can imagine eating with eggs. Just make sure the veggies you’re adding are pre-cooked, or you’ll end up with a very crunchy frittata!
